The dimensions seem to be the key. My Brooks mould drops bang on the money at 0.564" however with my paper when wrapped it comes up at 0.574". I am using near as damn it pure lead. Now interestingly...

Yes the 0.566" moulds are cut and in the post along with the plug mould. Extra moulds are available form the NOE wed site. The 0.550" mould is being cut at present and should be joining its bigger...
